Assessment Ready and Mentoring Support
Support from our highly experienced STMS, with our equipment or yours, at your workplace or a site arranged by us.
The new practical assessments now aligned with the training qualifications are strongly focused on getting everything right. So to better assist you in ensuring you don’t take the practical before you are ready, when you attend our classroom-based workshops we include a free “readiness assessment”.
Then, to provide the experience you need we’ll work with you to prepare a mentoring plan to deliver the individual support from our highly experienced STMS. This can be with our equipment or yours, at your workplace or at a location we arrange.

Who is it for ?
Anyone currently progressing through to the practical assessment levels of TMO or the STMS qualifications. This can be especially valuable if you need the qualification but do not yet have a great deal of practical experience.

From 2 to 5 hours as required.
